Responsibilities

• ●Communicate with HR and Virufy leadership for the available positions and their requirements
• ●Source and screen technical candidates (ML, Audio Processing, Signal Processing, Data Science)
• ●Create job postings and post them on relevant channels
• ●Coordinate interview times with decision makers
• ●Work with outreach team to update social media
• ●Crowdsource potential candidates

Requirements

• ●Minimum 1 year of experience as a sourcer, recruitment agent, or related role
• ●Understanding of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science
• ●Outstanding communication skills
• ●Excellent negotiation skills

Hours

• ●10-15 hours per week on a part-time volunteer basis
